Refund Policy

All tickets or items sold via Lojalty.com or any of the the third-party payment gateways viz. Paypal and Razorpay are subjected to the platform's refund policy as well as Lojalty Entertainment's final decision. But don't worry our normal go to policy is to refund your payments within 5-7 working days if requested, raised or announced.
